Items Needed:
Paper Plate
Tape or Stapler
Scissors
Ribbon or bow (optional)

Directions:
1) Cut your paper plate like shown in the diagram above. I drew on the back of my plate before cutting to make it easier.

2) Fold plate along the edges (as seen above).

3) Place the middle flap inside and fold the outer two flaps together on the end to form a box. Tape or staple your ends together.

4) Add ribbon or a bow to decorate it. (optional)
