#DIY Build Your Own Succulent Birdbath
Succulents are an easy to grow plant that can be enjoyed all year long. I wanted to plant something fun in my yard last year and found a fantastic pin on Pinterest where the person had planted succulents in a birdbath. I had to find out if this pin worked.

Items Needed:
Birdbath deep enough to hold plants
Dirt
Decorative Rocks
Succulents and or Cactus
Directions:
1. Choose your birdbath and fill it with dirt.
2. Place your plants in giving them room to grow adding more dirt as necessary.
3. Put the rock over the dirt and around your plants.
4. Make sure the birdbath has enough water the first few weeks until your plants develop a good root system.
Now it is time to invite your friends over and WOW them! Don’t be afraid to try this pin out with different types of planters. Your ideas are endless. Have fun adding some succulent color into your life!
