In today’s video, let’s talk about how every farm and homestead is different. Being self-sufficient on the farm or homestead is one thing that makes us homesteaders. Living off the land, foraging, husbandry, cutting our own wood for heat and cooking, gardening, canning, keeping bees, preserving, and all the other fun things is what us homesteaders get to do.

Your Farm Is Different For Many Reasons

Two main things that are different are:

  • Your environment and acreage are specific to your farm.
  • Every landowner does things differently. You do things your way!

These two things alone make your farm and homestead unique to you and your family.

Because of this be proud that you are doing things that work for your family, for you, and for your farm. You may still be figuring out many answers but you have already figured out so much and come so far.

I would love to see your homesteading photos, videos, and read your comments. Join our Facebook co-op group and let’s chat.
