#DIY: Pool Cooler for only $2

Since we set the pool up this summer my family has been looking for a way to keep water and drinks out by us. Normally we use a traditional cooler out on the deck by the pool. However, my son came across this fantastic pin on Pinterest and our lives have forever changed for the better! Now all we have to do is swim over to the cooler and grab our next drink whenever we want. Try it out!

1. Cut your pool noodle in 4 pieces.

2. Thread the string through the middle of the noodles.
3. Pull the string tight so the noodles form a square around your tub and tie the edge.
4. Fill with refreshments and place out in the pool for everyone to enjoy.

This would also work well to keep pool toys and goggles off the bottom of your pool. I am so glad he found this pin.
