DIY 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies
My family and I are not ready for pumpkin season to be over. Here is our recipe for delicious, soft, and chewy pumpkin cookies. You can add in any additional “optional” ingredients that you want. We always use almonds and dark chocolate chips. However, try a different kind of nuts, any type of chocolate chips, and nutmeg for a rich flavorful cookie. If you want to stay healthy then stick with the pumpkin and oats. Enjoy!
